Zur Behebung des E3-Problems empfehlen wir folgende Schritte:

Um Ihnen die Bedienung des Touchscreens zu erleichtern:
2.1 Auf der linken Seite des Touchscreens des Kochtanks wird die eingestellte Temperatur angezeigt, während auf der rechten Seite die aktuelle Temperatur angezeigt wird.
2.2 Sobald der Bildschirm aufleuchtet, verwenden Sie die Taste " SET " unten links, um die Temperatur auf den gewünschten Wert einzustellen.
2.3 Wenn Sie sehen, dass sich die rotierende Kontrollleuchte in der Mitte des Bildschirms zu drehen beginnt, bedeutet dies, dass der Kochtank normal funktioniert und das Wasser erhitzt.
Konfigurationstipps:
Um eine reibungslose erstmalige Aktivierung zu gewährleisten, möchten wir auf ein wichtiges Detail in Schritt 4 hinweisen:
- Nachdem Sie das Heißwassersymbol zum Befüllen des Boilertanks ausgewählt haben, lassen Sie das Symbol bitte so lange aktiviert, bis sichtbar Wasser aus Ihrem Wasserhahn fließt.
- Zweck: Dieser Schritt stellt sicher, dass der Tank bei der ersten Benutzung vollständig entlüftet wird, wodurch Lufteinschlüsse vermieden und das automatische Aktivierungsprotokoll des Systems aktiviert werden kann.
- Bitte warten Sie nach dem erneuten Aktivieren des Warmwassersymbols und beobachten Sie den Wasserhahn, bis Wasser austritt (in der Regel 2–5 Minuten, abhängig vom Wasserdruck).
Warum das wichtig ist
Ein vollständig gefüllter Tank ist unerlässlich, damit die Maschine die Drucksensoren und Heizparameter selbst kalibrieren kann. Eine vorzeitige Unterbrechung dieses Vorgangs kann die Aktivierung verzögern oder Fehlermeldungen auslösen. Sobald bestätigt ist, dass der Tank vollständig mit Wasser gefüllt ist, schließt das System die Aktivierung automatisch ab.

The Critical "3-Minute Flush" Setup
Before turning on the heater tank, you must prime the system to prevent "Dry Burn" (Error E3).
- Connect all pipes.
- Do not turn on the electricity yet.
- Open the boiling water handle on your tap.
- Wait (up to 1 minute) until water begins to flow freely from the spout.
- Let the water run for at least 3 minutes to flush the system and filter.
- Only then plug in the power and set the temperature.
Connection Guide by Model
3-in-1 Setup: Connects Blue tube to Cold mains, Red tube to Hot mains. Boiler connects via the specific Y-connector arrangement.
4-in-1 Setup: Includes additional Cold Filtered water connections. Pay attention to the T-piece installation for the filter inlet.
5-in-1 Setup: Includes the Chiller unit. Ensure the blue braided tube goes to the chiller inlet and the red braided tube goes to the boiler.

If you are unsure about the installation or plumbing connections, it is highly recommended to contact a qualified professional to avoid incorrect installation which could cause harm.
You must have a standard 220/240v grounded 13amp switched electrical outlet located under the sink. The appliance requires continuous power to function correctly. Important: Do not connect the machine to the power supply until all plumbing connections are complete and the tank has been flushed.
If your pressure is below 1.5 bar, the system may not function correctly or may show error codes.
If your mains pressure is above 5 bar, you must install a pressure reducing valve to the cold mains inlet to protect the system.
To prevent dry burning (often indicated by an E3 error), follow this specific sequence:
- Complete all pipe connections but keep the power unplugged.
- Open the boiling water handle on the tap.
- Wait until water begins to flow from the spout (this fills the tank and can take up to 1 minute)
- Let the water flow continuously for 3 minutes to clear air pockets and debris.
- Only after water flows freely, plug in the unit and set the temperature.
3-in-1: Connect Blue braided tube to cold water, Red to hot water. Use the specific Y-connector assembly provided.
4-in-1: Includes a filter connection. The T-plug is installed on the filter and connected to the No. 3 and No. 5 braided tubes.
5-in-1: Ensure the Blue braided tube connects to the Chiller tank inlet, and the Red braided tube connects to the Heating tank.
