Overall, this is a solid faucet with excellent water pressure. Having readily available filtered water at 98°C is incredibly useful for cooking and hot drinks. However, the product falls short in terms of features and value structure.
Technically, it would be much better if the temperature sensor worked for regular hot and cold water, rather than just the filtered line, and I missed having a spray mode.
I was also surprised by the pricing logic. The 4-in-1 model costs £509, while the 3-in-1 is £369. The 3-in-1 filters the water for the boiler, so it seems like a missed opportunity not to provide that same filtered water as a cold option without the boiler engaged. It feels steep to pay an extra £140 just to access ambient filtered water when the filtration hardware is effectively already there.
Great tap, very easy to install looks great and more importantly 4 in 1 feature is great for us. Love the fact it has a digital display unlike most other taps.
It was a bit longer than 15mins
My under-sink area has a Waste disposal unit so i had to put boiler/chiller in shelf unit alongside & needed to cut ventilation slots into it as it was only about 10mm wider than unit & knock out the rear panel & used some right angle push fit connectors for convenience.
I really needed longer pipes on the tap for the std hot & cold supply, but finished up re plumbing the pipework under the sink to accommodate it - it took a few hours plus a 2 metre bit of copper pipe & a couple of fittings.
The push in & Silicon pipes were also a bit on the short side so I bought a few more metres of each - not expensive
All in all a neat setup with chiller & boiler combined & excellent result
Very pleased with it.
Minor niggle at moment is touch screen needs to be touched several time before you can get boiling water symbol to light up
But good value for money - still only took about 1/2 day to install even with the small revisions to pipework - extra items needed were about £20-£30 in total
Very happy with the tap! Hot and chilled water work well and under counter unit is relatively small and quiet. Installation instructions were good, although it could do with more in the way of operating instructions. Customer service has been excellent throughout. My only slight negative is the touch screen sometimes requires multiple presses to register. Otherwise very pleased

I bought the ARNO Instant Boiling Hot Water Tap and Wow, what a great Machine. I chose the Black colour and its a very sleek design. Never did I imagine being able to pour hot water straight into my teacup without the use of a kettle, not only does it save time but its very fascinating. The filtered water feature is also great, never have to worry about drinking water which may not be 100% clean because with a touch of a button its filtered through which is amazing. The extendable nozzle for the tap comes out and easily goes back in allowing for the sink to be cleaned hassle free! All in all im very pleased with my purchase and will be returning
The unit keeps going into what appears to be standby mode (top left light flashes, everything else is off) and boiler goes cold. I have rebooted it 6 times in a fortnight. It is currently not fit for purpose..!!
Great quality and design, with convenient features. This meant we were able to get rid of the kettle, so less clutter in the kitchen. The pull out section is really useful, and combined with a 3rd party waste disposal feels like a really significant upgrade over our old set up
We are loving the Arno 4-in-1 Boiling Water Tap. I had to have a plumber fit it, because of complicated pipework under my sink but now it is installed and working perfectly. The tap looks great and the digital keyboard works well, especially with the child lock feature. The 98 degree water is delivered at a good flow rate. The customer service team were brilliant and very responsive to all my questions. A great product - thank you!
Beautiful looking tap. Very responsive. Water tank is quite loud when reheating. Not a good fit if you have a lot of plumbing under the sink. We have a dishwasher and washing machine. Definitely didn't take 15 mins. We have the tap that has the pull out. Were not able to use it as the weight is so large it hits the pipes. Keep this in mind when buying.
Very happy with the tap, simple enough to install myself with zero plumbing experience.
The water flow from the boiling tap is a little slower than I’d expected but it’s acceptable.
The overall quality is very good for the price.

A good tap and easy to install. It hits 98 degs occasionally but usually around 97 or 96 degs. I used the video and installation leaflet to get it up & running.
Absolutely love the tap, but the instructional video really needs to be more realistic than fitting a tap to a plastic housing and the tank just being on the floor. Other than that if you've got some plumbing skills it's easy enough to fit.
Tap looks great works well but seems not to heat up to set temperature at times ,also the fitting instructions are not the best and operating intrusions are non existent
I recently upgraded to the ARNO 4-in-1 Instant Boiling Hot Water Tap, and it's been fantastic. Not only does it provide boiling water instantly, but it also offers filtered cold water, which is a great addition. The matte black finish looks elegant, and the functionality is seamless.
This tap looks lovely and is really nice, easy enough to use once you get the hang of it. It can be a bit hard to get the flow to stop but I think that��s about getting used to the sensitivity of the digital panel.
