Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at ARNO. ARNO aims to offer you the best shipping options. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

ARNO ships within the UK and offers free express shipping. 

 

Shipment processing time

  • Processing Time: Guaranteed orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.
    • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

     

    How will my delivery be shipped?

    We will choose the carrier that works best for our customers.

     

    I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

    We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

     

    Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

     

    Notes:

    • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

    • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. ARNO will not replace the order or issue a refund.

    • Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.

    • All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
