Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel your order? Here’s what you need know:
1. 60-Minute Window: Cancel order within 60 minutes with full refund.
2. After 1 Hour: You need to cover the shipping fees after placing an order, if cancellation request more than 1 hour.

Delivery Verification &Issue Resolution Protocol
To keep a smooth experience with your ARNO tap purchase, please follow below guideline:
Parts Confirmation upon Delivery (7-Day Window)
1. Missing components: Please report the issue within 7 days of receipt to our customer service team if happen. If no issues are reported within this 7-day period, it will be considered that all parts were received in full
2. Post-Verification Period: You can still contact our customer service after the 7-Day Window, but you need cover the shipping costs.
Damaged Goods Resolution (7-Day Window)
1. Reporting process: If goods arrive damaged, Please contact us at support@arnotap.com before return.
2. Our Commitment: We’ll replace the damaged goods free of charge or provide a full refund for the affected items.
3. If you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery, ARNO cannot accept responsibility for goods stated to be damaged upon delivery.
Incorrect Goods Exchange (7-Day Window)
1. Reporting process: If you receive incorrect goods, Please contact us at support@arnotap.com before return.
2. Our Commitment: We’ll replace the goods free of charge.
30-Day Return Policy
Please contact ARNO online customer service team before return.
1. First Week (Days 0-7): Discovered defects or damages upon arrival? Enjoy a free return or exchange.
2. Extended Period (Days 8-30): Already installed but change your mind? As long as it remains in resellable condition(free from visible scratches, damage, and with complete package), Hassle-free return or exchange.
Note:
Please note that If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
3 Year Warranty Program (Valid for 2025 purchases)
1. Standard 2-Year Warranty: Protects the manufacturing defects for tap and boiler units under normal use.
2. +1 Year Extended Coverage: ARNO engineering team will assess the units and filter status at the end of second year. Upon approval, an additional 1-year warranty will be granted.

1. Standard Replacement (Every 6 Months): Ensure optimal performance and superior water quality.
2. Hard Water Areas (Every 3 Month): Prevent damaging scale buildup and safeguard your system’s components.
