Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 60 minutes after placing an order . If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damaged Goods
If goods arrive in a damaged state, please inform us immediately at support@arnotap.com before returning your order.
We will replace the goods free of charge that you have paid for those goods. If you do not notify us within 30 days of delivery, ARNO cannot accept responsibility for goods stated to be damaged upon delivery.
Incorrect Goods
If you do receive incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at support@arnotap.com before returning your order.
Please be aware that all items on the ARNO website are subject to design and specification changes. In view of this, the item supplied may not be an exact match for the original, but has been deemed, to be a suitable alternative.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@arnotap.com.
Note:
Please note that If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
