Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your order? Here is what you need to know:

  • 60-Minute Window: Cancel your order within 60 minutes for a full refund.
  • After 1 Hour: If the cancellation request is made after 1 hour, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Note: All timelines are valid from the time of received confirmation.


Delivery Verification & Issue Resolution

To ensure a smooth experience with your ARNO tap purchase, please follow these guidelines:

1. Parts Confirmation (7-Day Window)

  • Missing components: Please report any issues within 7 days of receipt. If reported within this window, we will provide the parts free of charge.
  • Post-7 Days: You can still contact us after the 7-day window, but you will need to cover the shipping costs for the parts.

2. Damaged Goods Resolution (7-Day Window)

  • Reporting: If goods arrive damaged, please contact us at support@arnotap.com before returning.
  • Our Commitment: We’ll replace damaged goods free of charge or provide a full refund for affected items.
  • Deadline: ARNO cannot accept responsibility for damage reported more than 7 days after delivery.

3. Incorrect Goods Exchange

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will replace the goods free of charge.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact our online customer service team before sending items back.

  • First Week (Days 0-7): Defects or damages found upon arrival? Enjoy a free return or exchange.
  • Extended Period (Days 8-30): Change your mind? As long as the product is in resellable condition (no scratches, complete packaging, uninstalled), you can return or exchange it.

Note on Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to consumer preference, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect goods), ARNO will bear all shipping costs.


3-Year Warranty Program

Valid for all 2025 purchases

  1. Standard 2-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects for tap and boiler units under normal use.
  2. +1 Year Extended Coverage: At the end of the second year, our engineering team will assess your unit and filter status. Upon approval, an additional 1-year warranty will be granted.

Warranty Eligibility:

  • No signs of physical damage or misuse.
  • Screen and casing remain intact with no unauthorized modifications.
  • No unauthorized disassembly or repairs.
  • Filters must be replaced regularly as per the recommended schedule.

Filter Change Guidelines

To maintain peak performance and protect your warranty, please adhere to these intervals:

  • Standard Areas: Every 6 months.
  • Hard Water Areas: Every 3 months (to prevent scale buildup).
